Full CNC machined the intake ports, exhaust ports, and combustion chambers. We are the first and only one with a CNC port program for the FS9 FS-DE heads. This is the standard for all modern high performance cylinder heads. Our head design is 3rd party flow tested and proven by a legendary NHRA racing engine shop on their SuperFlow flow bench. Our CNC design head outflows the competition by all measures. If you want absolute best head to make the most power, you need this head. Our revised v1.1 head program that we use now flows even more on the exhaust side for the largest turbo setups out there. Dimple intake port is available for an additional cost. For a turnkey built to the hilt cylinder head, add the following services. -Radius cut valve job -Performance valvetrain parts: valves, valve guides, retainers, seals, locks, lifters. We need the actual cams you are going to run in the engine otherwise we will go off the ones that come in the core. Valve lash is set to the each set of cams provided. This is a made to order item.
